How to Use

  1. Shake the ink bottle thoroughly (5–10 seconds) before pouring into the printer’s ink tank to ensure uniform pigment distribution.
  2. Load DTF transfer film (matte coated side up) into the DTF printer, adjust printer settings (300–600 DPI, appropriate ink output) according to your design.
  3. Print the design (CMYK+White underbase for dark fabrics, CMYK only for light fabrics) and let the ink dry slightly (30–60 seconds) or use a dryer for faster drying.
  4. Apply DTF hot melt adhesive powder to the printed area while the ink is warm, shake off excess powder, and cure in a tunnel dryer or heat press.
  5. Heat press the cured film onto the fabric, then peel off the film (hot/cold peel per your film type) to complete the transfer.

Tips for Optimal Performance

  • Shake the ink well before each use to prevent pigment sedimentation and ensure consistent color.
  • Keep the printer nozzles clean; run a nozzle check regularly to avoid clogging.
